Hello @hlflanagan and @lolaodelola ,

Good day. We are looking to move the DID Resolution spec to CR. The last pending issue from the TAG review, https://github.com/w3c/did-resolution/issues/341 has now been resolved.

Would you agree to close this issue so that we can transition the DID Resolution spec to CR?
