@DavidMulder0 Yes, these web custom types are only for async clipboard APIs. However, there are browser specific clipboard formats (e.g in Chromium we have "Chromium Web Custom MIME Data Format") that allow you to read/write custom types from within the browser via DataTransfer APIs, but it's not interoperable with native apps and async clipboard APIs.
