Re: [w3c/clipboard-apis] Arbitrary clipboard types (Issue #165)

Is it exepcted according to the spec that these `web `-types do not get exposed through the 'old' transfer information on the Paste event (`event.clipboardData.types` never includes `web `-types in Chrome)?
