Re: [w3c/manifest] Add support for defining a theme color for both light & dark modes (prefers color scheme) (#975)

Just brainstorming some ideas instead of `override`, as this might be confusing w.r.t. the HTML version:

for the list name:
* `user_preference_rules`
* `user_preferences`
* ...?

for the item field:
* `rules`
* `settings`
* `values`
* `attributes`
* ...?
