[w3c/uievents] Change the type of click and auxclick to PointerEvent (#259)

@garykac qq regarding the PR. I wasn't sure how to add the reference to PointerEvent to this spec. Could you point me to the right place? Also I wasn't sure what has changed in bikeshed but when I compile quite a lot of things change in the index.html. Do you want me to exclude index.html from the PR?
