Hi! I wanted to propose the idea of having a new key in the manifest that specifies consent for using the assets that are linked in the manifest itself: think screenshots, icons and other data that allows for content delivery and discoverability. Whether it's through: - some type of automatic ingestion into an app store - manual listing of an entry into an app store - creation of install-like UI/widget/component the question of permissions and license for usage of the information in the manifest is present, therefore I'd like to start the conversation around a 'Asset Usage Consent' key. I've drafted an [explainer here](https://github.com/SamsungInternet/Explainers/blob/master/Manifest/AssetUsageConsent/AssetUsageConsent.md). Suggestions, comments and discussion is welcome.
