I fail to see how this would significantly impact privacy or fingerprinting since Client Hints will enable fingerprinting equivalent or even deeper than what User-Agent currently provides. However, I _can_ easily see how this would significantly strengthen the monoculture that Chrome / the Blink engine enjoys on the modern Web at the expensive of all other browsers/engines.
