Re: [w3c/manifest] Allowing only site-triggered install prompt (#627)

How are app makers supposed to explain to the users "well ... wait 30 seconds ... now add our website to bookmarks ... almost there ... now touch twice ... few more steps ..."  And the worst part is - the webpage is not being abusive, but your browser does it for your "safety" and "comfort".

There are apps on stores/markets, which can be installed and used immediatelly. Why do you enjoy "handicapping" webapps (in contrast with native apps) so much? 

As I said before, the install prompt should be initiated only by the webpage and the user, just like the Fullscreen API and the Pointer Lock API.
