Re: [w3c/gamepad] Added GamepadPose and GamepadCapabilities (#25)

Ping! I would like to keep the conversation around this feature moving.

The device pose, whether it's a full 6DoF position and orientation in space or nothing but acceleration, is something that has been requested in the Gamepad API for a while and has proven to be a necessity for interacting with VR systems. I'm happy to discuss desired changes or alternate ways of approaching the problem, but I feel it's important that we define how to handle these type of devices one way or another. My proof-of concept for the API has proven fairly popular, and we are looking to ship this capability in Chrome in the near term.
