Re: [w3c/gamepad] Added GamepadPose and GamepadCapabilities (#25)

I for one am in favor of these additions. The more verbose the API can get in terms of data supplied from the gamepad, the better. Devices which would benefit from these additions would be the PS4/PS3 controllers and the Steam Controller (whenever/if ever UAs become able to access data from it), as these devices have gyrocopes.
