Re: [webcomponents] Need "slotting changed" event (#288)

Thus, here is a question:

Is an event for the change of `Slot.getAssingedNodes()`, instead of `Slot.getAssingedNodes({flatten: true})`, good enough for developers?
In other words, do developers can live in a world without the support of `getAssingedNodes({flatten: true})`?
