Re: [manifest] Support for deep integrations, e.g. OpenSearch (#421)

This seems to work for me:
1. Navigate once to vimeo.com
2. In a new tab**, type "vimeo", then press tab.
3. Chrome may auto-complete to "vimeo".
4. Press tab once more.
5. The omnibox placeholder hint should change to “Search Vimeo”.
6. Type your query into the omnibox, press enter.


** Not strictly required, but seeks to illustrate that the user agent doesn't need the site to be active to show the tab-to-search UI.
