i do intend to add them to web-platform-tests at some point (they should be ready to go, just need to go through the process of moving them). In the meantime, you can find them at:

Click on the links in the left-most column to see the actual tests. (You'll get to a framework which allows you to view any test in a group that typically corresponds with each of the results pages above.)

You can also generate a list of all characters in an encoding using http://r12a.github.io/apps/encodings/. Look for the control "Show all the characters in this encoding" towards the bottom of the page.
