Re: [webcomponents] Difference between composed document and document flat tree (#382)

Let me remove `component tree`, `primary component tree` and `fragment tree` from the spec.
However,  before removing that, I would like to make sure that we really agree that Shadow DOM should work in *disconnected* node trees from a document.

Can I assume it? It looks @annevk is fine with this.

Pinging @rniwa , @travisleithead to be confident with that.
