Re: [webcomponents] Difference between composed document and document flat tree (#382)

The list in https://github.com/w3c/webcomponents/issues/382#issuecomment-185735975 is the terminologies which the current spec is actually using, and my opinion for each terminology.

As for `component tree`, I think we can avoid to use `component tree` since it looks we can agree that Shadow DOM should *work* even the node tree is neither a document tree nor a shadow tree.
