[fetch] Is it safe to use Fetch API already? (#132)

I would really like to start using the Fetch API, but I was worried if the specification could still change? I couldn't find any information about this and would be very grateful if you helped me with this. I know there is a polyfill, I'm not worried about a polyfiill, I'm worried about the specs and what if the native API changes.
