Re: [img-conversion] toBlob() Having two optional kinda sucks... let's merge them. (#13)

@AshleyScirra I think we might want it for v1, so that we can do things like progress as well (e.g., commutative encoding/decoding of multiple images, etc) - one could also be applying effects chunks of the stream come in, etc.

@jrmuizel, any additional use cases you might like to add re: stream? How do you envision them being used?
