Re: [fullscreen] Fullscreen on non-HTML elements? (#22)

Should we only allow it for `<svg>` and `<math>`? It seems simpler to just allow it, even though it doesn't always create the best results. Perhaps the stylesheet can be iterated on over time.

@fantasai, @tabatkins, thoughts?
