Re: [uievents] dfn cleanup (9283fab)

This isn't sufficient to address #6 yet - you've still got a lot of `<dfn>` elements that aren't actually local definitions, and which will interfere with Shepherd's linking database.  Just put `data-no-export` on the `<ul>` at line 830.
