Re: [webcomponents] The definitions of slot and slot elements are unclear (#306)

As I mention in the issue #308, a slot needs to be either a node or (node, offset) / (node, precedingSibling) / (node, succeedingSibling) pair like a boundary point.  There are basically only two options we've got.
