Re: [push-api] Straw man for encryption (#130)

@martinthomson - Was there agreement at the IETF about the specific curve to use (P-256 / 25519 I believe)? As I understand it, AGL prefers the latter, but Costin had concerns about deployability as it's still somewhat new.
