Re: [streams] What types does ReadableByteStream's reader's read(x) accept and return? (#295)

Oh, yeah. We don't have to use a view, but maybe having it consistent with BYOB (use ArrayBufferView for both) is beneficial in some points? (Sorry, I forgot that we could also just use the ArrayBuffer.)
