Web developers are well practiced at using HTTP to transmit resources. Giving them the ability to use resourceful semantics- header+body- to transmit resources, as they do with technologies like HTTP/2 Push- and having those resources appear in the Push API is something that I would wager 85% of web developers would say is as small, uncluttered, and use-case friendly as possible. --- Reply to this email directly or view it on GitHub: https://github.com/w3c/push-api/issues/81#issuecomment-83226520
