I love making stuff hard to use:). Specially when it's still easy to just
dynamically bypass.

Anyway, I'm going to add the restriction and then let UAs deal with it.
Still think this a terrible idea on so many levels, but whatever.

If I'm right, the issues will surface quickly and implementers will be
forced to backtrack. If I'm wrong, it won't matter.
