Re: [manifest] Allow multiple application contexts per app (#294)

I understand the problem, but what *real* apps actually need support for this (that are not already able to covers this case using by `window.open` or `target=whatever`)? In particular, what *real* apps needs this given the limitation of platforms that don't support multiple windows per apps?
