Add the following to the definition of ExceptionCode:

   const unsigned short      SECURITY_ERR                   = 18;

Definition:

   SECURITY_ERR
      If an attempt is made to perform an operation or access some data in 
      a way that would be a security risk or a violation of the UA's 
      security policy.
