ISSUE-10, ACTION-73

Hi,

this issue was looking at what to do about trusting particular content. It  
is a nice idea, but I think in the interests of reducing feature creep and  
getting the spec out, we should simply leave this to implemetnations if  
they want to do this, for the moment.

Therefore I suggest we close this issue, deferring it indefinitely.
