DOM Level 3 Events publication

The W3C Web APIs WG is happy to direct you to the recent publication
of the DOM Level 3 Events specification.

Many thanks to the people that have commented on this spec, the
WebAPI Working Group for publishing it, the DOM WG for producing
it in the first place and especially to "The Björn Höhrmann Project" [1]
for editing work.

Note that although this is a DOM specification, we expect discussion
to be conducted on the public-webapi@w3.org mailing list.
