Resources for regular meetings

Dear all,

Regrouping here a few useful resources for the regular meetings (see also the group’s wiki for more details [1]):
- regular meetings are bi-weekly and are alternating between Mondays (4-5 PM CET) and Thursdays (9-10 AM CET); all meetings are posted in the group's calendar: https://www.w3.org/groups/cg/webagents/calendar/
- the easiest way to keep track of the meetings is to import the group's calendar into your regular calendar service using this export link: https://www.w3.org/groups/cg/webagents/calendar/export/
- we have roughly 30 minutes reserved for content discussions in each regular meeting; everyone is welcomed to propose content by filling out this form: https://forms.gle/nDutVGCAmpmapPLi6
- we are currently using Zoom for the regular meetings — and the joining instructions are included in the details of each calendar entry; please note that the Zoom link might change from meeting to meeting

After each regular meeting, we will post the meeting notes on GitHub [2]:
- we will open a pull request soon after the meeting to add the meeting notes
- the pull request will remain open for ~1 week so that participants can review the meeting notes and provide feedback

The meeting notes from yesterday are now available at [3] and the pull request is open for feedback [4]. The next regular meeting is on Feb. 15 (Thursday) from 9 AM CET (see [5] for time zone conversions).
