Re: First draft of the WebAgents CG charter

Hi Melvin,

cool, I'll jump in here about evolvability: With this we refer to the Web's
demonstrated ability to adaptively evolve (since its inception). This is
prominently carried by the Web's client-server style that permits
independent evolution of clients and servers and by the Web's focus on
uniform interfaces - in teaching contexts, I like to point out the
similarities of the Web's architecture and the "Lego System" concept...
uniform interfaces that (while constraining the design freedom of
individual building blocks!!) permit a decade-long evolving system where my
children today combine blocks from my childhood with the sets they receive
as presents today. We claim that such evolvability would also be a great
benefit if we could port it into Hypermedia MAS as well!
