WebPerfWG survey request: Meeting times (alternating hours)

Hi everyone!

We have a new *survey* <https://forms.gle/U6LgVSZhJZEEPSwBA> for working 
group members.

I order to increase participation and diversity in the W3C Web 
Performance Working Group, we have adopted an alternating schedule (2 
hours earlier/later) for meeting times of the bi-weekly calls.

We've followed this alternating schedule for 6 meetings, and would like 
feedback on how it's working for everyone.
