issue aggregator + tracker

A quick and dirty tool to help track outstanding issues:

There is some basic logic in place to sort issues by last activity date and
type - e.g. enhancements are pushed down in priority. Needed to scratch a
personal itch, perhaps others will find it useful as well... improvements
welcome! :)
