Hello, I just joined the Web-NFC project. I'm particularly interested in helping achieve a good implementation of URI
transmission to peers in card emulation mode (so a browser doesn't have to be running on the receiving device), making
sure it's easy to give a domain ongoing (but revocable) permission to do this.

Could someone fill me in on the status of the project in terms of:
  - Any preferred schedule for a complete API draft?
  - Any commitment by a mobile browser maker to implement the API?
  - Any anticipated schedule for the availability of test or release versions of these browsers?
