[W3C Webmob] API Task Force - Proposed Charter

Hi all!

Recently I emailed you all about plans for Webmob's work for 2015 [1]! Dom has recently sent a draft charter for the Networking Task Force which was well received. In this mail I would like to send to you guys the draft charter for the API Task Force:

https://github.com/w3c-webmob/api-gap-tf-charter/blob/master/charter.md

You will see the charter encompasses some of the work we have been doing up until recently as well as some new items! This should mean we should be able to continue our great work and add to it in a much more structured fashion. I am very interested to see what you guys think about this, so please let me know:

* whether people would be interested to dedicate some of their time to some of the proposed deliverables
* whether this is a good enough first list of deliverables or if we should add/remove some.

Please take a look and let me know on the list!

Thanks all!

Natasha
