Dear participants of the Web and TV Interest Group, I wanted to remind you that you may suggest the creation of new task forces within the group at any time. The "TF handling rule" page on the group's wiki describes the process to follow: http://www.w3.org/2011/webtv/wiki/TF_handling_rule Basically, it boils down to preparing a draft task force charter and assessing the level of interest within the group.
