Dear Narm, I agree with your proposal. This was actually one of the point that Opera raised during the workshop (see our statement for example http://www.w3.org/2010/09/web-on-tv/papers/Opera.html) As for other topics, we don't need to define "how to do it" in the charter, so a generic reference to the topic will be sufficient imo. Charles, since you are more familiar with W3C terminology/procedure could you try to formulate it in a proper way and include it into the charter (among the "The tasks the Interest Group will undertake include") for review?
