[WCAG2ICT] Prep for tomorrow's meeting

Prep for tomorrow’s 14 March meeting:


  *   Complete the survey<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-SC-problematic-remaining-sc/> for the last 5 SC Problematic for Closed Functionality bullets.
  *   Respond to the CfC email sent on 7 March regarding Issue 216’s proposed response (+1 support, 0 abstain, or -1 do not support). The survey unanimously liked it as-is, but need to formalize it for the records. Have only received 2 responses thus far.
