7 March meeting minutes first resolution amendment

Hello WCAG2ICT Task Force participants.


There was a mistake in the first resolution of the 7 March meeting.

IT currently states:

Incorporate the proposal for SC 2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap (linked above 
from the comment in issue 272) into the SC Problematic for Closed 
Functionality section, as-is.

Since the additional note 3 for the overall guidance in the section 
"Applying SC 2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap to Non-Web Documents and Software" 
was also discussed and approved, I am planning to amend the resolution 
as follows.

if you do think that is not an accurate interpretation of our discussion
