[WCAG2ICT] Agenda for the 13 March meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, **insert date** at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

Meeting Preparation

  *   Complete the survey on SC Problematic for Closed Functionality: Remaining proposals<https://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/55145/WCAG2ICT-SC-problematic-remaining-sc/>
  *   Respond to the 7 March CfC (with a +1, 0, or -1) on approving the proposed answer to Issue 216<https://github.com/w3c/wcag2ict/issues/216#issuecomment-1971842036>. The previous survey showed TF approval, but need to formalize through a CfC.

Meeting Goals
Approve the rest of the content for SC Problematic for Closed Functionality section and answer to public comment in issue #216.
