[WCAG2ICT] Preparation and Agenda for the 26 October meeting

Hello,

The WCAG2ICT Task Force will be meeting on Thursday, 26 October at 10:00 AM Eastern (Length: up to 1 hour).

**NOTE** No one has responded to the draft responses survey yet (see link below, 2nd bullet), and there’s only 5 responses on the other two surveys thus far.

Meeting Goals
Have a direction for a response to the 1.4.4 Resize Text issue and for changes to 4.1.1 Parsing, and approve other content changes and issue responses in the other surveys.
