[WCAG2ICT] Minutes from the 26 October meeting

Hi all,

Thanks for a very productive meeting today! We approved 3 definitions changes, an update to the Comments on Conformance, and a public comment response. We also agreed upon a direction to take in addressing a public comment on the Software definition as well as the proposal for incorporation of 4.1.1 Parsing in the WCAG 2.2 context. An upcoming survey will reflect the input. Chuck plans to investigate with the AG WG chairs on how we might address 4.1.1 Parsing in the context of WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 and we’ll come back to that topic once we know more.
