[WCAG2ICT] Preparation for the 26 October meeting (and beyond)

Hi all,

I extended the deadline for the 2 surveys originally due this week since we didn’t get to discuss them in the meeting. I also added a quick 2 question survey for this week.  Please complete the preparation at your earliest convenience to give me preparation time before our 25 Oct. meeting. I’ve also added a new survey due right before our 3 Nov. meeting, link below (just in case you have time to get started).
