Updated Reflow understanding doc #4055<https://github.com/w3c/wcag/pull/4055> is still in a work in progress and purposely has its status set as Draft.  Regardless, please do review the preview version<https://deploy-preview-4055--wcag2.netlify.app/understanding/reflow.html>, but feedback should focus on parts that are the most finished.



We will be shy a few regulars, but we are planning to meet next week as usual.
