9:00 am to 10:00 am Australia Eastern Summer Time (Wednesday)

Please review the work done to date on the proposal to combine SC 1.3.1 and 1.3.4<http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=In_progress_update_of_HTM_1.3.1#Situation_B:_The_technology_in_use_does_NOT_provide_the_semantic_structure_to_make_the_information_and_relationships_conveyed_through_presentation_programmatically_determinable>. We have discussed this a fair bit now and would like to formally accept it this week, and move on to other proposals.
