This looks good to me. I have only a small amendment to suggest: In the intent, add to sentence "Some users with disabilities may be more likely to make mistakes than users without disabilities" the following: "...or recovery from mistakes may be more difficult, making mistake avoidance a more important strategy than it is for users without disabilities."
