Reminder, the WCAG Team C call is postponed to 2 January 2007 from 22:00 
to 23:00 UTC:

11:00 pm to 12:00 am Central European Time
5:00 pm to 6:00 pm North America Eastern Standard Time
2:00 pm to 3:00 pm North America Pacific Standard Time
9:00 am to 10:00 am Australia Eastern Summer Time (Wednesday)

Please review the work done to date on the proposal to combine SC 1.3.1 
and 1.3.4
