I notice that the techniques "2.3 changing focus" [1],  "2.4 
device-independent events" [2],
and "2.5 onActivate event" [3], from the "Client-Side Scripting Techniques 
for WCAG2.0" Document, are all "related" to G2.1L1SC1.   Some of these seem 
to be indicated
for future development, but would any of these be resources for our current 
assignment re: G2.1?
