One of my action items was to work on SC 1.3.5: <current> When content is arranged in a sequence that affects its meaning, that sequence can be programmatically determined. </current> In the process of working on the How To Document, I found the wording of the success criterion hard to work with. I want to propose a change in the wording: <proposed> When the sequence of content is critical to its meaning, that sequence can be programmatically determined. </proposed> I've made substantial change to the How To Document: http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=How_to_Meet_Success_Criterio n_1.3.5#Techniques_for_Addressing_Success_Criterion_1.3.5 Could you please review these to see whether we are ready to take them to the working group? I'd particularly like review from the HTML/CSS knowledgeable, to see whether we can capture the relevant techniques for those technologies. Thanks, Loretta
