If words are used in an unusual or restricted way for SC 3.1.3 I have been thinking on this over the weekend: sufficient techniques? The thing that come to my mind are rdf techniques: they are always sufficient. but they require that the word is programatically identified. The technique inline definitions seems to be a bit wrong, and I interpret it as "provide a definition when the word is not programatically identified". as just plain inline text. So we migth need a general technique that just says programmatically identify the word as a base for the other techniques. Bengt
