I've added a new HTML technique that should be sufficient for SC 1.3.1: Using the scope attribute to associate header cells and data cells in data tables (but not in layout tables) http://trace.wisc.edu/wcag_wiki/index.php?title=Using_the_scope_attribut e_to_associate_header_cells_and_data_cells_in_data_tables_%28but_not_in_ layout_tables%29 I haven't yet made the edits and corrections on the other table techniques but will get to them asap. Anyone who has a good table example is welcome to contribute!! John "Good design is accessible design."
